JUST £150 FOR SIX WEEKS OF MOTHER AND BABY CLASSES.
Our six-week course comprises of three different classes per week and takes place in our clean and perfectly calm and sanitized studios, perfect for you and your baby!
Baby Massage and Yoga Monday, at 11.30am: For your baby
Post Natal Fitness Class Tuesday 10.30am: Specifically designed resistance band and dumbbell classes to ease you back into fitness. (Your baby can lie by your side or you can hold your baby whilst doing some of the exercises)
Mummy Yoga Thursday at 10.30am: Gentle Yoga whilst holding your baby
Class capacity: 8 mummies and babies
YOU MUST BE GUIDED BY YOUR DOCTOR OR MIDWIFE TO ENSURE YOU CAN SAFELY RETURN BACK TO EXERCISE.
IN ORDER TO TAKE PART IN THE COURSE YOUR BABY MUST BE AT LEAST SIX WEEKS OLD, (IF PREMATURE, MUST BE AT LEAST SIX WEEKS OLD FROM THEIR INITIAL DUE DATE). THERE IS NO SPECIFIC AGE LIMIT FOR YOUR BABY, HOWEVER THE CLASSES ARE FOR THOSE BABIES WHO ARE NOT YET CRAWLING.

Baby Yoga and massage is proven to help keep your baby content between feeds and helps alleviate wind and colic, while stimulating the digestive systems and aiding with sleep. Baby Yoga is something that every parent should know – it is an ancient art that has been used for centuries to help form a strong bond and an expanding connection of joy between parent and baby.
The benefits of Yummy Mummy Yoga
These classes will be focussed on you, the mother doing the moves whilst holding your baby. These classes are a great way to bond with your baby as well as easing you into Yoga or back into Yoga. Becoming a parent is stressful, and yoga can help ease new-parent jitters as well as give you the opportunity to nourish and care for your own bodies through focused stretches and mindful breathing exercises.
The benefits of Post Natal classes
These classes will be a mixture of low impact aerobic and resistance exercises. These classes will focus on building strength, improving fitness levels and restoring your core and pelvic floor muscles.
