After the huge success of our first retreat, we already have the second one lined up.

This two day retreat will be spent with incredible women, all coming together to embrace a weekend of fitness, Yoga, relaxation, walks, talks and meditation. 

We have exclusive use of three luxury lodge tents surrounded by countryside and a beautiful lake.

Throughout the weekend many fitness and wellbeing classes will be hosted by qualified instructors, classes include:
