This two day retreat will be spent with incredible women, all coming together to embrace a weekend of fitness, Yoga, relaxation, meditation, creative mindfulness activities and more 

We have exclusive use of three luxury lodge tents surrounded by countryside and a beautiful lake.

Join us for an incredible weekend away filled with warmth, laughter, activities, hot tubs, saunas and gorgeous food all in the great outdoors of Oswestry.

Our weekend away is the chance to step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and connect with a group of incredible women in stunning surroundings. With a maximum of 18 women per weekend retreat, we share stories, create experiences and form friendships.

A schedule of activities will be released prior to the weekend so you know what to expect.
