We are delighted to have partnered up with the charity Positive Life Kenya in order to launch a brand new initiative to help stamp out Period Poverty.
Positive Flow Kenya – Helping End Period Poverty.
Positive Flow Kenya is an initiative launched by Winners Strength & Wellbeing Studios in partnership with Positive Life Kenya, dedicated to tackling period poverty and empowering women and girls in Kenya.
Through training local women to produce reusable sanitary towels, we are creating employment opportunities while providing girls with access to safe menstrual products and education.
Our mission is simple: to keep girls in school, improve menstrual health, restore dignity and create a sustainable future for women and girls in Kenya.
Together, we can make a lasting difference.
For many women and girls in Kenya, something as simple as having access to sanitary towels can change their lives.
And this is where YOU can make a difference.
For as little as £1.50, you can provide a woman or girl with a reusable sanitary towel. For £6, you can provide four, or for £20, you can fund a dignity kit containing essential menstrual products and supplies.
Your contribution does more than provide sanitary products. It helps support local employment, keeps girls in education, promotes menstrual health and restores dignity to women and girls who deserve the same opportunities we often take for granted.
Together, we can create a lasting cycle of kindness – women supporting women, communities empowering communities, and small acts of generosity changing lives.
why your support matters
Keeping Girls in School
For many girls in Kenya, having a period means missing school, feeling ashamed or being forced to use unsafe alternatives such as rags, mud or old mattress stuffing that can put their health at risk.
Something we often take for granted can be a daily struggle for many women and girls in Kenya.
Many girls miss up to three months of school a year becuase of the shame they go through each month – this leads to lack of education and employment opportunities in future life.
Your donation is more than a sanitary towel. It’s an opportunity for education, confidence, dignity and a brighter future.
Empowering Local Women
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, our initial fundraiser raised enough money for Positive Life Kenya to launch Positive Flow Kenya, purchasing sewing machines, essential materials and providing training for women in the local community to produce reusable sanitary towels.
This initiative is about empowering women, building confidence, developing valuable skills and creating opportunities for financial independence.
To ensure its long-term sustainability, we need continued support. Every donation helps purchase materials, sustain employment opportunities for local women and provide reusable sanitary towels to women and girls who simply cannot afford them.
Education and Dignity
Education is at the heart of creating lasting change. For many women and girls in Kenya, menstruation remains a taboo subject, surrounded by shame, misinformation and stigma.
Without access to menstrual health education or safe sanitary products, girls can be forced to use unsafe alternatives, putting their health at risk, affecting their education, confidence and future opportunities.
We aim to break down these barriers by providing reusable sanitary towels alongside essential menstrual health education, helping women and girls understand their bodies and manage their periods safely and confidently. No girl should feel ashamed of something so natural, and no girl should have to miss out on her education simply because she has a period

Your Kindness, Their Future
Every Pay It Forward contribution helps provide reusable sanitary products and dignity kits through Positive Flow Kenya.
The products are made locally by women trained through our initiative, helping to support employment, develop skills and build a sustainable solution to period poverty.
By paying it forward, you’re supporting women on both sides of the initiative – those making the products and those receiving them.
A Small Act of Kindness. A Lifetime of Difference.
You may never meet the woman or girl you help, but your kindness could change her future.
