These are advanced classes teaching different training techniques. Each class will be focussed on different sets of major muscle groups ie upper body or lower body. This class uses different advanced training techniques working to AMRAP (As many reps as possible) within a given time to really exhaust the major muscle groups. Class size limited to six in order to focus on correct training techniques. Class is for the more advanced members.
