Designed for women new to the gym or getting back into fitness, this 6-week plan combines expert-led classes, supportive coaching, and a welcoming community. With just 3 classes a week, you’ll build strength, confidence, and consistency—without feeling overwhelmed. We have an incredible number of classes for you to choose from and expect you to commit to three classes per week. This six week programme will help you create incredible lifestyle changes and in-still fitness into your routine.
Programme Length: 6 Weeks
Commitment: 3 Classes per Week (minimum)

Further Information
Upon signing up to your six week programme you will receive an email with guides to help you with your progress.
If it is accountability you are looking for then we will encourage you to attend three classes per week and will keep a track of how many classes you are attending each week.
We will offer further support and motivation if required to ensure you reach your goal of 3 classes per week.
Once you have completed your six weeks we are sure that you will have the motivation to want to keep on exercising for your mental and physical wellbeing. With this in mind you can choose to continue your fitness journey with either our monthly membership or annual membership.
