URSULA GRIFFITHS
YOGA Instructor
I first stepped onto a yoga mat at nine years old and it’s been part of my life ever since. What started as playful childhood exploration, became a practice that carried me through a serve mental health crisis and then grew into a passion of service to others, hoping that yoga can support others in the same way it has changed my life. I’m both a yoga teacher and massage therapist, and I’ve spent years deepening my understanding of the mind-body connection through multiple Vipassana mediation courses.
My classes are technically detailed, I care about the “how” as much as the “what.” We work on building structural integrity, so your body moves in ways that are safe, sustainable and built to last, whatever your age or experience level. Every class is inclusive; there’s no “ideal” body or pose, just your body moving well.
Alongside the physical work, I bring a strong focus on awareness and presence, tuning into every part of the body rather than rushing through the shapes. I try to create a space of open, friendly, warm curiosity, where you’re encouraged to notice what’s actually happening for you, right now, without judgment.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have practiced for years, I want you to leave feeling stronger, more grounded and more at home in your body.
