Tier we go again hey! Let me guess, you thought to yourself “I’ll eat all the pies and choccies over Christmas, and sip my way through copious amounts of prosecco and Gin and then come January I’ll smash it at the gym or in class and start 2021 in the best way”…………but then Tier 4 came and ballsed up those plans didn’t they! Dam you Tier 4!
So, I’m gonna lay it on the line – getting into shape, improving your fitness levels, and making yourself feel fabulous isn’t easy, and there ain’t any quick fix so you got two options ladies.
Option 1 – You can keep sitting on your arse waiting, and waiting, and, urm waiting to hear if you can go back to the gym or train in group classes (trust me this option isn’t going to make you feel great)
Option 2 – Tell yourself that right now, life isn’t normal so in these times you HAVE to adapt your training routine. It isn’t easy (and I will never tell you it is) and it’s not what we want to do, but if you want to make yourself feel incredible, and you want to start improving your strength, and shaping your body then you NEED to change your routine and get motivated. Quit the excuses, stop telling yourself you can’t be bothered and stop telling yourself you don’t have time. It doesn’t need to be every day. Even three hours a week will make a hell of a difference! TRUST ME!
Remember reaching your goals is 90% mental. It is so easy to say you can’t be bothered, but ‘I can’t be bothered’ never gets you to reach your goal, so you just have to put your big girl pants on and JUST DO IT! No-one else can do it for you – and hey – what’s one hour! I PROMISE you, you will feel fabulous afterwards. Remember short term pain for long term gain!
DO NOT LET THESE TIERS WE ARE IN BE THE REASON YOU MAKE EXCUSES AND FEEL CRAP!
